Jim Rohn~ is noted for saying things like: " The few who do are the envy of the many who only watch."
Their is a certian amount of Jazz associated with my art, and pieces like
For the life of me I can not quite put my finger, as to where it stems from. Sometime I want to shut the valve off. Then I look at my work again and think; "Originality severs it's own purpose." Leave it as it is and those that can appreciate the verve will; those that can't, will be shocked into remembering.
That is how TheShadling, (I am so sorry for this side note but it is clear now that Shadling is a woman from Switzerland, of course I still have my doubts, and a wonderful creator.) who will go down in history as having a touch with the pen that can really be said speaks for her generation.
Anyway I hope you get the point and onday those that view my work can help me give it a name. The style I mean.
When I was traveling, people would call it, "Realistically Abstract," as if I was a walking oximoron~ A lot of the time I felt that way and it seems to have been reflected in my work. I wanted to pick up a Mad Magazine from one of their earliest editions and see how the world viewed the illustration, presentation and delivery back then. Could I be as memoralized as Mad Magazine or Rollingstone was?
I am not talking about a rewash of them or a Jimmy Kimmel announcer after he is made to retire, either. I would not mind having my own radio show, but I would want it to focus on art. Sometimes I feel it was all that time on the road that has opened my eyes to view art, music, OUR CULTURE, the way I do. (I know it was.)

The guys and gals that did everything they could to manage utitlites of Decatur Street Mansions off the income of street performances and 20 foot murels. Oh how I miss the friends I made in those days. It's over with, I can't go back and nor can I expect the people I am surrounded by now to really understand where I've been and why I was there.
Someone suggested once that I am not really a Chritisan; I thought that was interesting; I knew it was because of my style of art that made them suggest such a notion. Christians just don't talk about the things that I do, nor draw what I draw. I think they could, they can speak to whom ever the wish, the notion that angels and devils is all that cross the mind of a Chrisitan is a bit short sighted or they've never read, "Behold the Pale Horse."
If you have not read it I suggest you pick it up as soon as possible, it is a great read and will help you to see the world as I do. LOL (That's if you want to see the world as I do.)
