I was 14-15 years old when I got my first AMEX Gold card application in the mail, in the 1980's. You believe the fucking US Mint sold my info to them? Loathe usury, especially the institutionalized ones that siphon equity off to the wrong assholes.
Nice wordpress site, yeah still lots of slavery in the world
Yeah I think since the 1980's life changed for people in a drastic way and it is just coming out in the news as something new because they could never have said it before. (Can you imagine, when Enron fell, no one said a good word about them, they deserved everything they got..Now I hear in the news the men were falsely accused and they were made to be the fall guys for something bigger...what could that have been?) <<<The Bigger idea I mean>> maybe Amazon selling numbers to the government? They can hint to ideas and what if's in movies but nothing can change the reality of being robbed and then told it was your fault because you did not read the fine print.
Maybe the biggest scam is how Uber settled to ransom hacks and did not tell anyone until a year later. That is not news though.. those in the know about the dangers of the internet know not to give information unless they are willing to get paid for it.
I think it is kind of hard to do that now when no one has the money lol.
That is why my newest piece Ain't no rest for the wicked is pretty relevant: I listen to that song and as I walk down the street I see so many ways people are being scammed and liking it.
Boggles my mind.
