Skimmed this heavily.. not the same person I was when I was producing content 20 years ago... but, among parents and children, unconditional love is a good thing, a good basis for higher understanding and faith. Doesn't mean you can't get angry and lay down the moral law, just means "I'm there for you, no matter how stupid you get" Time is a resource a parent must deal with..

Hey thanks for just giving me the once over.
The fact that you wanted to read and say something about it is more than I could ask for, so I don't mind you skimming.
I like the idea of someone being there for you no matter how stupid you get, but because of how many times conditions become an issue, one is prone to robotic responses that lead to instant solutions to all problems.
Which is why many have this "Hero-Complex," in the first place.
Which is why the military would not take men like me, (They don't like the law of absolutes, lest they are found at fault and must answer to mistakes in judgement.)
Which is why: well as you read on, which I am sure when you are not busy and have one of those late nights; will find the narrator continues to bump into interesting people, like the SilverWOLVES.
A few posts back I was trying to find an elusive artist and still I have not been able to find her art work anywhere. I will soon though,

You said that you was in a prison. So, you was in jail, right, or is it a metaphor?

Just a metaphor, I was thinking about drawing some more climatic scenes to help the story along. To be fair, jail and prison are two different things and a box or an isolated cell is far worse than all of it.
I had not quite settled on how that image of a metaphorical prison should look so I left it up to the reader.
I tried to get the feelings there though, and make it enticing enough for you to want to pick up Black AMETHYST to get the entire back story and keep things in perspective.
After reading the story and the narrators journey for SilverWOLF whom we know not weather or not who and what that is,
