I can't say anything about it. They're officers of the law so they have to follow the law and punish people for breaking it properly. And they also have to report their daily work. So I don't think they can punish people by how they want to even being racist.

Your right, but embellishing charges is a bit much. I am not a liar, I work hard to give my readers truth and I admit a lot of the time when I am wrong about something. Slander should be against the law, to give some of the truth and scrub lies in the midst makes people want to argue and creates conflict. I remember the night completely different from that report and I also remember before my arrest, the officers were willing to guide my car home. It had a flat and instead of allowing me to call home for aid, they tried to get me to pass their tests and I told them, No, and that is why they arrested me. Not for all the things they wrote up about me. But your right, no point is bashing them. Hopefully things turn out in my good. Hopefully.

Never drunk drive. Just sleep it out in your car if you have a long way home. I don't understand how hard that is. But still. I hope the best. Remember this as a tough lesson.

Yeah I should have..20/20 hindsight is like that. It was late as it is. I don't know. Well what I am having a hard time figuring out is: I have 4 charges on top of the DWI, I am glad no one is hurt and I did not kill anyone, but why did the officers release me with such a wrap-sheet to defend against, knowing it is there word against mine..the accused black driver in a racist hick town?
